Looking for a Sched alternative? Just need the program?

Sched is a strong event platform with attendee accounts, sponsor packages and native apps – priced per participant tier. If what you really need is a clean, always up-to-date program page, EventPlotter does exactly that for one flat price per event, no matter how many people show up.

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We’ve got answers.

1. Is it really free to set up my entire event?

Absolutely. We believe you should see the result before you pay. You get full access to every single module—including Speakers, Sessions, and color-coded Categories—from day one at zero cost. There are no "pro" tiers hiding features; everything is unlocked so you can build your program with zero risk.

2. Are there any limits on visitors or users?

None at all. Whether you are hosting an internal team kick-off for 50 people or a global summit for 5,000, the price is the same. Your one-time payment covers unlimited visitors to your public program page and unlimited team members to help you manage the event. No per-head costs, ever.

3. Do I need any technical skills to use EventPlotter?

No. If you can fill in a form, you can build your program. Add sessions, speakers and rooms one by one, or upload them from our Excel template and be done in minutes. Everything lives in one dashboard – no plugins, no setup, no training.

4. What happens if the schedule changes on show day?

Events are dynamic, and EventPlotter is built for the "live" reality. You can make instant live updates to any session, speaker, or room. Simply save your changes, and your public event link updates immediately. Your audience stays informed, and you stay in total control—no matter what happens on stage.

5. Can I use my own branding?

Yes. Upload your own event image and give each track its own color so the program matches your event's look. Full custom logo and color themes are on the roadmap – tell us if that matters for your event.

6. Can I edit or unpublish after I have paid?

Yes. Paying unlocks publishing for that event – it does not lock anything. Edit sessions, speakers and rooms as often as you like, and unpublish or republish the page whenever you need to.

7. What happens to the program page after the event?

It stays online as an archive. Attendees can look back at what was on, and you can point to it when you plan next year's edition. Nothing is deleted unless you choose to remove it.

8. Does EventPlotter handle registration or ticketing?

No, and that is on purpose. EventPlotter is the program – sessions, speakers, rooms and tracks on one clean page. Keep using whatever you already use for registration and tickets, and link to your EventPlotter page from there.

9. Who is behind EventPlotter, and how is my data handled?

EventPlotter is built and run by EventPlotter AS, a Norwegian company, and we follow GDPR. Your event data belongs to you, and because there are no attendee accounts, we never store personal data about your visitors. See our terms and privacy policy for details.
