By accessing or using the Service, you agree to bebound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. TheService
EventPlotter provides a cloud-based platform thatenables event organizers to create, manage, and publish event schedules, programs, and related content for attendees and participants. We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of theService at any time.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create anaccount. You are responsible for: Providing accurate account information Keeping your login credentials secure All activity performed through your account EventPlotter is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
3. UserContent
3.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload orsubmit to the Service, including schedules, speaker details, media, andattendee data (“User Content”).
3.2 License to EventPlotter
By submitting User Content, you grant EventPlottera limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, display,and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and providingthe Service.
3.3 Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for: The accuracy and legality of User Content Ensuring you have the right to use and share the content Compliance with applicable laws (including GDPR) EventPlotter does not review or verify UserContent and is not responsible for its accuracy or legality.
4.Acceptable Use
